What you do on a daily basis

What you do on a daily basis

Manage 360° communication projects across internal and external touchpoints (e.g., website, CRM, social media, retail).
Plan team activities, create and update project Gantt charts.
Set timelines and deadlines, ensuring content is delivered on time and tailored to each channels requirements.
Organize meetings, maintain editorial calendars, and perform proofreading and editing tasks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (designers, copywriters, art directors, UX/UI) and interact with corporate external channels.

Who you are

You have an educational background in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
3 + years experience in Project Management within creative and marketing companies.
You’re organized, curious, and have strong problem-solving skills.
You’re a creative thinker and a team player.
You’re proficient in Outlook, Keynote, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You are fluent in both Italian and English.

Nice to have

Experience with Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
Background in agency contexts.

How does the application process work?

You’ve got mail: We’ll reach out via email to arrange your first interview, typically within a week.

First touch: Your initial interview will be with Simona, our People Care Team Manager, along with someone closely related to your potential role to assess your professional skills.

Team touch base: Next, you’ll meet with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner of the team you're applying to. We’ll assess your attitude and compatibility with the team.

Almost there. We’ll discuss budgets and hold a final interview with our CFO.
