Developing brand love for Glovo

Glovo challenged us to create a campaign that forges a deeper connection between the brand, its local partners, and users. The aim? To ignite brand love and loyalty with a social strategy that truly resonates deeply within the community.

IDEA

We surprised Glovo users by delivering their favorite dish straight to their homes

We partnered with twenty of Glovo's top restaurants in major Italian cities to surprise their most loyal customers—those who regularly order the same dish. Each customer received a premium package with their favorite meal and a personal message from the restaurant owner.

We spiced things up beyond just the food. At Trapizzino, one of Glovo’s partner eateries, we captured these surprise deliveries on film, creating a hero video that we shared across social media. To keep the momentum going, we also rolled out interactive content, encouraging users to share their favorite Glovo restaurants and dishes for a chance to receive a special tasty surprise.

IMPACT

What seemed like a crazy idea worked

The operation achieved excellent results in terms of UGC on social media and won the national Interactive Media Key award for best campaign in the "Social Media Strategy Food" category.

Beyond the accolades, we are proud to have celebrated, for the first time in the history of food delivery, a mutual love story: the one between customers and restaurateurs.
